You’ve just created your account. Great, welcome to Colibro. This short tutorial will show you how to set up your account so you get the most out of the platform. Navigate to the Settings app [Click here if you need help navigating between apps] and click on Company Profile.

The General tab lets you set info such as your organization name, business number (if you have one), default currency and an icon to represent your organization if you are part of multiple accounts. Note that the currency field is required if you have not set it already and are attempting to edit another field.




Under the Company Logo tab, you can upload an image that will be used in various places around the platform (such as on invoices) to represent your organization.




Finally, under the Contact Info tab you can fill out your organization’s address phone, fax and contact email address (if different than your own).

That’s it, your company profile is all set up. If you have not done so already, you should head over and [set up taxes] that you use or [invite team members] to your account.

User Permissions Management

Users in your account can have permissions set on a per app basis. This gives you fine grained control of who has access to what. Read more
